Job Description

Nexoris Technologies is engaging a Sales Executive to drive revenue through disciplined deal execution and independent opportunity creation.

This role carries full commercial ownership. The Sales Executive will close qualified opportunities generated by Business Development and will also originate, qualify, and close self-sourced deals across Nexoris’ technology and digital service portfolio.

The position is suited to professionals who understand structured selling, value-based positioning, and the accountability that comes with commission-only roles.

Core Responsibilities

Deal Execution

  • Close qualified opportunities formally handed over by Business Development
  • Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Present Nexoris’ offerings clearly to founders, executives, and senior decision-makers
  • Manage objections, follow-ups, and deal progression to completion
  • Deliver agreed revenue and conversion targets

Opportunity Creation

  • Independently source new opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, and partnerships
  • Qualify self-generated leads against Nexoris’ Ideal Customer Profile
  • Maintain end-to-end ownership of self-sourced deals through payment

Commercial Discipline

  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and deal status updates
  • Collaborate with Business Development to ensure clean handovers and alignment
  • Surface market feedback, pricing objections, and competitive insights
  • Escalate high-value or complex opportunities for leadership input where required

Commercial Scope

The Sales Executive will sell Nexoris’ core service lines, including:

  • Digital Presence and Growth Solutions
  • Lead Generation and Growth Systems
  • Product and Platform Development
  • Digital Transformation and Enterprise Solutions

Clear service definitions, pricing frameworks, and internal support will be provided.

Candidate Profile

This role is appropriate for candidates who:

  • Have demonstrated experience closing B2B or service-based deals
  • Are capable of generating pipeline independently
  • Understand value-based selling and structured negotiation
  • Can engage senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Operate with discipline around follow-ups, documentation, and deal ownership
  • Are comfortable with commission-driven compensation

Prior experience selling digital services, technology, or professional services is strongly preferred.

Performance and Compensation

This role is commission-only at entry.

Commission is earned on:

  • Deals closed from Business Development-generated opportunities
  • Deals fully sourced and closed by the Sales Executive

Commission rates vary based on deal size and sourcing path.

High-performing Sales Executives may progress to:

  • Higher commission tiers
  • Ownership of strategic accounts
  • Expanded commercial responsibilities
  • Leadership roles as the sales function scales

  • Consistent closure of qualified opportunities
