What we need from you
To start and stay on track, we’ll need:
- One contact person who can approve work
- A small review group (max 3 people)
- 3–5 users or frontline staff for short interviews (if research is in scope)
- A technical contact for API/release questions (if applicable)
- Viewer access to analytics, or permission to set up tracking
- Brand files (logo, colours, fonts) and any writing style notes
- Any legal or compliance rules we must follow
- Feedback on drafts within 2 business days
